North Hampton, NH- a landmark property once owned by former NH Governor Charles Dale has recently been sold.  The 55 acre property located adjacent to Route I-95 and the Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club, is in the planning stages for a future subdivision.

Ashley Grant Davis and John Goodhue of Roche Realty Group, with offices in Meredith and Laconia, represented the seller, Marble Realty Trust in this transaction.  Scott Gove of The Gove Group in Stratham, represented the buyer Harbour Street Limited sold for $1,800,000 according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds.

The property included a 4,000sqft “Royal Barry Wills” designed residence, a 60ftx80ft heated, storage barn, poultry barn and livestock barn, an additional single family residence, two 20ftx20ft garages plus a detached garage.  Over 30 acres of the 55 acre compound were lawns and fields.  A large spring with exceptionally pure water was also located on site which supplies the residences.
