Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club

The Winnipesaukee Beach Colony Club is a small association of 66 homes located in the scenic resort town of Meredith on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. This fine community includes a gorgeous natural sand beach complete with individual docks on the lake, tennis, basketball, and other amenities. A network of roads meander through the community creating a natural setting to enjoy the 4 seasons of the Lakes Region.
